From it’s beginning in 1999, BCA has worked towards it’s goal of becoming an Insulation Specialist able to provide solutions for every form of construction.

Over the period, our enthusiasm to learn and open arm approach to new technologies have  seen us invest heavily in case studies, new systems and niche markets as well as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Napier University.

Climate Change legislation and the SHQS will continue to increase the need for energy efficiency in general and insulation in particular and it is against this back drop that BCA will provide the one stop shop the built environment  will realise it desperately needs, where our ability to Survey, Design, Calculate and Install will be increasingly sought after.

The timing of UHIS, CESP, CERT and Pay as you Save provide the perfect opportunity to future proof stock reducing tenants fuel bills and reducing the cost of future capital investment in heating systems.

All systems are installed from cradle to the grave by BCA staff including the removal and refitting of electrics, radiators, facings and skirting as well as all plaster finishes.
