Each enquiry receives a speedy response and appointment with a BCA Surveyor. 

The Surveyor will assess the property to ascertain the improvement options available taking into consideration the form of construction. The options therefore available and the estimated savings will be discussed and confirmed in writing advising on the merits of each option concluding with proposals and fixed prices based on all the systems at the companies discretion. 

On the clients instruction the work is booked up and carried out promptly and a customer care form is completed.

On completion to the customers satisfaction the job is invoiced.
